Downloadable Video
The downloadable version is in mp4 format. In order to view the video, you will require Quicktime or an equivalent. Those who use iTunes will already have the Quicktime player. Alternatives to enable Windows Media Player to be used, if required, are available for those with more technical skills (e.g. K-Lite codecs).
